Postage services

Spot On Nuts and Bolts use Royal Mail (RM) for most deliveries. We have found this is the most efficient and cost effective method. 95% of our order will fit through a standard letter box which means that customers do not have to wait in for deliveries if they do not want to.

All of our prices include RM 2nd class post, this is a free post option. Customers will have the opportunity to upgrade the postage to RM 1st class at the checkout (usually £2.35 per order)

Dispatch Times

Spot On Nuts and Bolts endeavour to send all orders out on the same working day on purchases made up to 3pm.

Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next working day and after 3pm on a Friday will be sent on the following Monday.

Delivery ETA’s

RM 2nd class post – RM aim to deliver with in 72hrs, however in our experience is the 90% of 2nd class post deliveries are made on the 2nd working day.

RM 1st class post – RM aim to deliver with in 48hrs, however in our experience is the 90% of 1st class post deliveries are made on the next working day.

What if my order has not arrived?

In the unlikely event you find that you are still waiting more than 72hrs for you order then there may have been an unforeseen delay within the RM network.

Delays are uncommon but are usually short (up to 48hrs). The most common reason is an error with the parcel routing within the RM system.

If you are waiting longer than expected you can contact us and we will flag the issue with RM and try to get more information. If it is found that the order has been lost then we will immediately send a replacement at no cost to the customer.

International ordering

We do not offer an international service via the website at this time. This is because of the miriad of procedures and rules which need to be followed to export internationally. We can however offer international shipping via our eBay stores using the Global Shipping Program that eBay provides. This is an excellent serive with unbeatable shipping costs and the GSP handles all of the import/export arrangements. You can find more detail here Buying wheel nuts and bolts from the USA
