Returns and Refunds

Spot On Nuts and Bolts offer a 60 day returns period. We are confident in the quality of our products and we endeavour to supply all the information necessary for customers to purchase the correct item for their vehicle.

However in the event that there is an issue with an order we will either refund or exchange.

Return for Refund

Should the buyer no longer require the order for any reason within the 60 day return period they can return to us for a refund of the original order price.

Unless the reason for return is due to an error made by Spot On Nuts and Bolts, any return costs will be bared by the customer.

Reasons why Spot On Nuts and Bolts will cover return costs are if the wrong item is sent and does not match the description of the order or is defective upon receipt of the order.

As per our T&Cs, fitment guides and data on our site is advisory only and should be double checked prior to order. We do endeavour to keep our data current and we are confident that models stated as suitable fitment will be correct.

All returns will be inspected before refund given to make sure they have not been used, only returns sent in the same condition as received will be refunded.

Refunds are usually make within 48 hrs of the return being delivered.

Returns for Exchange

Should a fitment be incorrect Spot On Nuts and Bolts will offer an exchange for suitable replacement.

We will ask the buyer to reconfirm their car model and year and any modifications which may have been made. We will then send information of suitable products we stock.

If an exchange is to be made where there is a price difference we will either refund the difference or request the buyer pay the difference before an exchange is sent.

All postage costs associated with an exchange, ie return of the original order and the postage for the exchange, will be bared by the customer unless the reason for exchange is the fault of Spot On Nuts and Bolts. This maybe due to sending the wrong item which does not match the original description.

All returns must be agreed before the customer sends anything back. We reserve the right to refuse a return that is sent without prior agreement.
